When BAF Insurance Company (Cayman) Ltd. launched its inaugural Youth Art Competition in 2024 under the theme Cayman Island Flavors fifty-eight students from schools across Grand Cayman entered their original artwork.  The top 14 were chosen by a panel of judges that included company executives media personnel and acclaimed local artist Carlos V. Garcia who served as the chief judge. Their work was exhibited at an awards event at the Carlos V. Garcia Gallery on Seven Mile Beach where the winners were presented with cash prizes and the top 13 offered the opportunity for their artwork to appear in the BAF Insurance 2025 calendar. Recently members of the management and staff visited a few of the schools to present calendars to students administrators teachers and even parents who came by for the morning. Calendars are still available from the BAF office in Industrial Park.
